Will the backgrounds work in my app?

The files are ordinary 16:9 JPG images. They work in any video call app that allows custom background images. Before buying, check that your version or your organisation enables this feature.

Why do I see edges around my head?

Your app does the cut-out, not the image. Even light from the front and clothing that contrasts with the background help most – the setup planner explains this in detail.

May I use the backgrounds for work?

Yes – in video calls, client meetings, webinars, recordings and streams in which you yourself appear. You may not pass on or resell the files.

We are a team – does everyone need a licence?

The licence covers one person. For teams, write to us at sunfieldshops@gmail.com and we will make you an offer for a team licence.

Why is there no text on the images?

Many apps mirror your own preview. Text would appear back to front there and distracts during the conversation.

Is the planner available in English?

Yes. The setup planner comes as two PDFs, one in English and one in German.

Can I withdraw from the purchase?

For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires if you expressly agree that the download is provided before the withdrawal period ends – see the information on the right of withdrawal. If there is a problem with the files, we will of course still help.
